Who controls your data
Digiter.org is responsible for the personal data processed by Digiter Shop. Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or complaints should be sent to [email protected].
This Policy covers Digiter Shop, its checkout, order and license records, protected delivery, private updates, Account purchase matching, and Digiter Smart Cloud purchase entitlements. Other website features may provide additional notices where necessary.

- Order and entitlement data: product, plan, price, currency, order number, status, license ID/key, license and update expiry, permitted downloads, product version, subscription status and service period.
- PayPal confirmation data: PayPal transaction or subscription identifiers, payment status and payer email supplied through PayPal’s verified notification. We do not receive or store your PayPal password or full card details.

Why we use data
We process data only as needed to create and confirm the customer Account; prepare and verify checkout; prevent fraud and abuse; confirm PayPal payments; issue and validate licenses; bind a license to the purchased domain; activate hosted Cloud access; provide permitted downloads, updates and rollback; send order, service and support emails; maintain accounting and audit records; secure the website; comply with legal duties; and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on the context, processing is necessary to perform the purchase/service contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate security and business interests, or act on consent where applicable.
Our privacy guarantee
Digiter.org guarantees that Shop customer data will not be sold, rented, traded, or used for third-party behavioural advertising. We do not create advertising profiles from Shop purchases. We use only the data reasonably necessary for the functions listed in this Policy.
This guarantee concerns how Digiter.org uses and shares Shop data. No internet service can truthfully promise absolute immunity from every attack or infrastructure failure, but we apply access controls, secure transport, limited administrative access, payment verification, protected downloads, cryptographic license controls, security logging, updates and other reasonable safeguards to protect confidentiality and integrity.
Who receives data
Data is shared only where necessary with:
- PayPal, which processes payment and sends transaction or subscription confirmation under its own privacy terms.
- Hosting, WordPress, email and security infrastructure providers, solely to operate, protect, back up and communicate through Digiter.org.
- Professional advisers or public authorities, only when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud/security, or handle a legal claim.
We do not provide Shop customer lists to marketers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
International processing
PayPal and technical providers may process data in countries outside your residence. Where required, Digiter.org relies on recognized legal safeguards, adequate-protection jurisdictions, contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism. PayPal independently explains its international processing in its own privacy notice.
Retention and deletion
Order, payment-confirmation, license, subscription and accounting records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the entitlement, support updates and rollback, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate transactions or fraud, and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for protection and investigation. Support correspondence is kept while the issue and any related warranty, accounting or legal need remains relevant.
Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized or securely restricted. Deleting an Account or Shop list entry does not require deletion of records that must be retained by law, are necessary to establish a transaction, or protect against fraud and legal claims.
Cookies and local storage
Digiter Shop uses only cookies or browser storage reasonably necessary for WordPress login, confirmed Account sessions, checkout security, form protection, language/interface preferences and essential site operation. The Shop plugin itself does not place third-party advertising trackers. PayPal may use its own cookies when you visit or use PayPal.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of whether we process your data, access to it, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email [email protected] from your confirmed Account address. We may request reasonable identity verification before disclosing or changing customer data. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
Account and Cloud privacy
A Subscriber role alone does not grant Digiter Smart Cloud access. Hosted Cloud access is checked against a valid active monthly service purchase for the confirmed Account. A Lifetime Smart Cloud plugin purchase does not grant hosted Cloud access on Digiter.org.
Files stored in a hosted Cloud service are associated with the authorized Account and isolated through the Cloud plugin’s access controls. Users remain responsible for lawful content, secure credentials and independent backups of important files. Administrators may access technical records or stored content only when required for service operation, security, abuse investigation, legal compliance or support requested by the user.
Children
Digiter Shop is intended for persons legally able to make a purchase. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child supplied personal data without valid authorization, contact [email protected] so the matter can be reviewed and resolved.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this Policy when Shop functions, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date and version appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be presented transparently and will not change the ownership of an already purchased entitlement.
For every privacy question or concern, email [email protected]. We will investigate it and make sure the verified issue is resolved through correction, deletion where legally possible, restored protection, a clear explanation, or another appropriate remedy.
