Maintenance and corrections for every Digiter pluginDigiter plugins are complex, actively maintained systems. Although releases are tested before publication, defects or compatibility issues can occur. When a reproducible plugin defect is confirmed, Digiter addresses it through a subsequent maintained update. Update availability follows the customer’s purchased entitlement.

Account-gated Demo packages and licensed activationEvery available Demo package requires a signed-in Customer Account with a confirmed email address. It is the complete license-gated product package: without a valid license only the declared minimal function is available, and valid activation unlocks the purchased capacity without reinstalling the plugin. Customer data, license records, signing material and private release records are never included. Any authorized recipient can inspect delivered PHP files; account controls, rate limits and licensing reduce unauthorized access and use but cannot provide impossible post-download DRM.

One confirmed Account state across Shop, Chess and CommunityA WordPress login alone does not prove email confirmation. On the first Account-page visit, an existing logged-in user who is not confirmed is automatically sent one private 24-hour confirmation link for the current WordPress email. A still-valid link prevents repeated automatic mail, and the Account page provides a controlled resend action. Shop Demo access depends on that confirmed Account and an available reviewed Demo release; it does not depend on whether Chess or Community is active. Customer Account shows Chess or Community data only while the corresponding compatible plugin is active and validly licensed.

Continuous Development, Innovation & Competitive StrengthDigiter products are actively developed rather than treated as static one-time releases. In many important product segments, the current Digiter generation goes beyond conventional competing solutions through local control, hardware-adaptive execution, explainable results, integrated recovery, privacy-conscious processing and unusually broad administration from one product. This is a capability-based position, not a claim that one plugin is universally best on every server or for every workflow. Maintained releases continue to improve compatibility, reliability, security, usability and performance as WordPress, PHP, browsers, hosting environments and customer needs evolve.

Modern WordPress community, verified administrator support and managed downloads in one lightweight portal.

Product overview

Digiter Community Suite turns WordPress into a focused communication portal where customers, members and administrators exchange ideas, experience and practical support. Members can publish text and images, comment, react, save discussions and follow resolved questions in an original feed interface designed specifically for customer communication.

The administrator controls discussions, official replies, unanswered questions, moderation, members, downloads, avatars, logo, wording, colors, languages, Matrix effects, license and rollback from the normal WordPress menu. Community uses WordPress-native users, posts, comments, media, permissions, nonces and sessions so the architecture remains light and understandable.

Every purchase delivers Community Suite with two installable ZIP files: the licensed commercial Community plugin and the latest published compatible Digiter Customer Account, which is the same license-free companion supplied with Chess.

Before license activation the Community portal, post types, REST collections and management tools are hard locked; only the administrator License screen remains available.

Demo, purchase, delivery and activation

The Shop product card provides the reviewed complete license-gated ZIP only after Customer Account login and email confirmation. No license is needed for the product's declared minimal Demo function.
For a downloadable commercial plan, Digiter Shop waits for verified PayPal confirmation, issues the domain-bound signed license and sends the protected full-package download and license key to the checkout email.
The Demo and commercial delivery use the same complete license-gated product version. Activating a valid key unlocks the full installed capacity without reinstallation; the paid email link remains available for a clean copy or recovery.
Eligible Account purchases also expose current protected downloads while update access remains active. Download counts, expiry, domain and plan terms remain those recorded for the order.
Private signed releases integrate with the standard WordPress Plugins and Dashboard Updates screens. Update eligibility follows the purchased update period and does not change the permanent-use term of a Lifetime license.
Paid delivery also includes the same latest published compatible Digiter Customer Account as a separate license-free ZIP. Customer Account updates independently through its signed standard WordPress update channel.

Protection, integrity and recovery model

Account-gated Demo packages must be verified to keep only the declared minimal runtime available until a valid signed license is activated. Customer data, credentials, signing material and internal release records must never be included.
A downloaded WordPress ZIP remains technically inspectable. Confirmed-Account access, encryption at rest, user-bound expiring links, integrity checks, request limiting and crawler controls protect storage and delivery but do not claim impossible post-download DRM.

Administration and visibility

Digiter Shop → Demo Downloads manages the reviewed Account-gated package. The current commercial release is validated and linked without a duplicate upload. Manual fallback accepts only the exact same current ZIP, version and SHA-256. Publish only after testing both unlicensed minimal mode and licensed full activation.
With an active update entitlement, signed Shop releases appear automatically in WordPress Plugins and Dashboard Updates. Manual Check now, Update now and authorized rollback remain available in the product administration.

Typical operating workflow

Install digiter-community, activate it and paste the signed one-domain key under Community → License.
Install the supplied Digiter Customer Account plugin for the shared customer view; it remains license-free and shows only data from active, compatible and validly licensed owning plugins.
Create a full-width page with [digiter_community] and configure the Community page according to the active Community release.
Configure brand, logo, support identity, language, colors, modules, Matrix effect, access and upload limits.
Publish a test discussion, Ask support question, official answer and download, then verify moderation and the unanswered-question dashboard alert.
After launch, review Support Inbox and Moderation regularly and publish customer patches or resources through Downloads.

Account companion

Community and Chess purchases include the same latest published compatible Digiter Customer Account plugin as a separate license-free ZIP.
Customer Account never grants a Shop license, product download entitlement or Smart Cloud access by itself.
Install it when visitors should log in, register, reset a password and see the product modules available to their WordPress identity.
It uses the existing WordPress user table, password hashing, cookies and sessions; no duplicate account database is created.
An email that already belongs to WordPress or Digiter Account cannot be registered twice; the person uses login or password reset for the existing identity.
Community and Chess navigation or panels appear only while the owning compatible plugin is active and its site license is valid. Missing or unlicensed modules leave no empty placeholder.
If Customer Account is absent, the Community plugin must keep its normal WordPress authentication fallback; the companion is not allowed to replace WordPress security or ownership rules.

Operational considerations

The configured Annual checkout price covers one domain, Community use and private updates for one year.
The configured Lifetime checkout price covers permanent use on one domain and private updates during the first year.
Removing a license or deactivating the plugin does not delete discussions, replies, downloads or settings.
Without an active valid license, public and administrative Community functionality remains locked while stored data is retained.
Administrators remain responsible for moderation, legal notices, retention, backups, storage and bandwidth.
This is a complex, actively maintained WordPress plugin. Despite pre-release testing, reproducible defects or compatibility issues can occur; confirmed product defects are corrected through maintained updates according to the customer’s active update entitlement.

Compatibility and environment

Requires WordPress 6.6+, PHP 8.2+ and a modern JavaScript-capable browser.
Digiter Customer Account preserves WordPress authentication and user records instead of replacing them.
Sensitive Community and Account output must be excluded from public full-page caching.
The layout is responsive; themes and builders should provide a sufficiently wide content area.
Matrix effects are optional and automatically respect reduced-motion preferences.

Recommended best practices

Configure brand, language and support identity before inviting members.
Use email verification where public registration creates abuse risk.
Never ask members to post passwords, license keys, private customer data or server credentials.
Test login, registration, reset and existing-account login after changing another authentication plugin.
Use built-in rollback protection together with an independent site backup before major updates.

Privacy, security and implementation boundary

Community stores member-provided discussions, replies, profile fields, avatar choices, images, bookmarks, reactions and moderation reports in WordPress. Digiter Customer Account uses the same WordPress identity and authentication system. Administrators are responsible for privacy notice, moderation, retention and lawful handling of member content. Passwords must never be placed in Community posts or support replies.

Support and troubleshooting

For license, installation, Account integration, login, moderation, image, download or update issues, contact [email protected] with the order reference, licensed domain, plugin versions and a clear reproduction sequence. Never send passwords, full license keys, private signing material or customer exports in ordinary support email.

Current Shop release reference: 2.0.24Automatically synchronized from the current Shop release. Capabilities may expand through maintained releases while the purchased entitlement continues to be governed by the selected license plan.

Licensing, updates, support and ownership

A Digiter purchase grants the usage entitlement described by the selected product plan. It does not transfer copyright, source code ownership, trademarks, design rights, private signing material or proprietary implementation knowledge. Lifetime plans, where offered, refer to the stated software-use entitlement; update periods are shown separately in the Shop and purchase record.

Hosted Smart Cloud Monthly is an Account-bound service and is operationally different from a downloadable domain license. Standard plugin purchases may be completed as a guest where the Shop allows it, while Account-based purchases can remain associated with the verified Digiter Account.

Protected downloads and private updates are delivered through the Digiter Shop licensing system. Customers should retain their purchase email and license information and should not publish license keys publicly.
