Focused, release-aligned setup, workflow, licensing, compatibility, recovery and support guidance for this product.Effective date: September 8, 2026 · Version 2.4.0Digiter Network Tools 2.3.25
Resilient global email, domain and public-IP intelligence with authenticated Digiter Threat Database reputation.
Product overview
Digiter Network Tools 2.3.25 combines an Internet Speed Test with Global Network Mission Control inside WordPress. A single Mission Control field accepts a complete email address, domain name, or public IP address and builds one structured intelligence report for website operators, agencies, support teams, and advanced users.
Mission Control obtains supporting intelligence progressively through isolated source checks. Verified core findings remain visible while DNS, mail, registration, website, and Digiter Threat Database enrichment arrives; an unavailable or slow source is identified as partial data instead of destroying the entire report. The plugin never invents a network route or substitutes an estimate for a missing verified result.
The Digiter Threat Database is Digiter's global reputation service. After an authenticated entitlement and capability check, Network Tools displays a green Digiter Threat Database LED and can check email, domain, and public-IP indicators for known unsafe or critical reputation context. Annual access follows the active subscription term, while a Lifetime Network Tools license includes the first 12 months of authenticated Threat Database access.
Demo, purchase, delivery and activation
- The Shop product card provides the reviewed complete license-gated ZIP only after Customer Account login and email confirmation. No license is needed for the product's declared minimal Demo function.
- For a downloadable commercial plan, Digiter Shop waits for verified PayPal confirmation, issues the domain-bound signed license and sends the protected full-package download and license key to the checkout email.
- The Demo and commercial delivery use the same complete license-gated product version. Activating a valid key unlocks the full installed capacity without reinstallation; the paid email link remains available for a clean copy or recovery.
- Eligible Account purchases also expose current protected downloads while update access remains active. Download counts, expiry, domain and plan terms remain those recorded for the order.
- Private signed releases integrate with the standard WordPress Plugins and Dashboard Updates screens. Update eligibility follows the purchased update period and does not change the permanent-use term of a Lifetime license.
Current release highlights
- When a reviewed license-gated Demo is available, a confirmed Customer Account can download it from the Shop product card.
Core capabilities
- Measure latency, jitter, download, upload, and packet-loss context on an Internet Speed Test calibrated to a 10,000 Mb/s display scale. Test traffic uses a Cloudflare edge route and signed same-origin session protection; the displayed scale is not a guarantee that a device, browser, ISP, host, or route can deliver 10 Gb/s.
- Investigate a complete email address, domain, or public IP through one Global Network Mission Control input and receive a normalized Critical, High, Medium, or Low assessment supported by the evidence that was actually available.
- Explore verified DNS records and relationships, including relevant address, nameserver, mail-routing, and reverse-DNS context. Public-IP analysis can compare PTR and forward-confirmed reverse DNS (FCrDNS) without fabricating a route when a record is absent.
- Review published RDAP registration information such as the registrar, registrant or organization when the registry makes it public, registration and expiry dates, and domain status. Privacy-redacted registry data remains identified as unavailable rather than guessed.
- Inspect resolved public IPs with available ASN, network, ISP or organization, and approximate location context, then place verified coordinates on the satellite map. IP geolocation is approximate network intelligence and is not a street-address claim.
- Review available VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting, or datacenter signals as investigative indicators. Coverage depends on the reachable intelligence source and a missing or negative signal does not prove that a connection is direct.
- Analyze mail infrastructure through MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and bounded SMTP observations. These checks describe published infrastructure and transport behavior; they do not claim that a particular mailbox exists or guarantee message delivery.
- Audit website-facing HTTPS, TLS certificate context, response behavior, and important security headers without allowing one unavailable website check to erase the DNS, registration, mail, or reputation findings already obtained.
- Query authenticated Digiter Threat Database reputation for the submitted email, domain, and associated public IP indicators, and incorporate available critical or unsafe intelligence into the explainable risk assessment.
- Show the Digiter Threat Database LED in green only after the plugin has completed an authenticated entitlement and capability check. Pending, unreachable, or unauthenticated service state is shown as unavailable instead of active.
- Use the dedicated Quality Lab, Visitor Profile, and Security Audit modules alongside Speed Test and Mission Control for connection-quality analysis, visible visitor context, and focused website-facing diagnostics.
Protection, integrity and recovery model
- Account-gated Demo packages must be verified to keep only the declared minimal runtime available until a valid signed license is activated. Customer data, credentials, signing material and internal release records must never be included.
- A downloaded WordPress ZIP remains technically inspectable. Confirmed-Account access, encryption at rest, user-bound expiring links, integrity checks, request limiting and crawler controls protect storage and delivery but do not claim impossible post-download DRM.
Administration and visibility
- Digiter Shop → Demo Downloads manages the reviewed Account-gated package. The current commercial release is validated and linked without a duplicate upload. Manual fallback accepts only the exact same current ZIP, version and SHA-256. Publish only after testing both unlicensed minimal mode and licensed full activation.
- With an active update entitlement, signed Shop releases appear automatically in WordPress Plugins and Dashboard Updates. Manual Check now, Update now and authorized rollback remain available in the product administration.
Typical operating workflow
- Use Internet Speed Test for the current browser-to-edge connection, or open Global Network Mission Control for an intelligence investigation.
- Enter one complete email address, domain, or public IP. Mission Control normalizes the target, displays verified core information, and progressively enriches the report from independent sources.
- Watch the source-progress state and distinguish complete findings from explicitly unavailable enrichment. A single timeout or unreadable third-party response does not invalidate the other verified sections.
- Review the Critical, High, Medium, or Low result together with its DNS, registration, address, mail, website, and Digiter Threat Database evidence instead of treating the label as an unexplained verdict.
- Repeat the same check after a DNS, certificate, mail, network, or reputation change so before-and-after behavior can be compared.
- Use reports or visible result summaries when findings need to be shared with a hosting provider, DNS operator or customer.
- Keep WordPress, the plugin and relevant server software updated so diagnostic output reflects the current environment.
- Escalate unresolved infrastructure issues to the responsible provider when the plugin identifies a condition outside WordPress control.
Where the product fits
- Checking whether a newly moved domain resolves to the intended host and whether the visible TLS state follows the new configuration.
- Reviewing mail authentication records after a hosting migration or when messages are rejected because SPF, DKIM or DMARC alignment is incomplete.
- Comparing a visitor-reported slow connection with latency, jitter and throughput observations before changing WordPress performance settings.
- Collecting a compact technical picture before contacting a registrar, ISP, mail provider or hosting support team.
- Giving administrators a repeatable diagnostic toolbox on sites where command-line access is unavailable or intentionally restricted.
Operational considerations
- Diagnostics are initiated by the user and should be interpreted as observations of the current environment, not as a guarantee that an external network or reputation record will remain unchanged.
- Mission Control isolates slow or unavailable sources and preserves partial verified findings. A partial report should be repeated later when a required registry, DNS, mail, website, geolocation, or reputation source was unavailable.
- Public DNS, IP and certificate information can change independently of WordPress. Re-run relevant checks after DNS propagation, certificate renewal, router changes or hosting migrations.
- Browser measurements depend on the visitor device, connection quality, Cloudflare edge route, browser limitations, server reachability, and concurrent network activity. Several measurements are usually more meaningful than a single isolated result.
- Mail diagnostics describe visible configuration and bounded transport context. They neither verify an individual mailbox nor control the final delivery decisions of receiving mail systems.
- VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting, IP ownership, and geolocation results are evidence from available sources, not infallible identity or physical-location proof.
- For production troubleshooting, preserve a record of the time, target and result before making changes so a later comparison is possible.
- This is a complex, actively maintained WordPress plugin. Despite pre-release testing, reproducible defects or compatibility issues can occur; confirmed product defects are corrected through maintained updates according to the customer’s active update entitlement.
Compatibility and environment
- The plugin is designed for normal modern WordPress installations and uses WordPress permissions and front-end/browser capabilities rather than requiring permanent shell access.
- Some network information is necessarily dependent on the hosting provider, DNS operator, browser or external destination. A restricted hosting environment may expose less information than a full server.
- Caching and security plugins should not cache dynamic diagnostic responses that are intended to represent the current request or visitor context.
- When a hosting firewall blocks an outbound request required for a selected test, the plugin can only report the resulting limitation; the server administrator controls that policy.
Recommended best practices
- Use the narrowest diagnostic that answers the current question, then expand to related checks only when the first result points to another layer.
- Never change DNS, mail or TLS configuration only because of one isolated metric. Confirm the current authoritative configuration first.
- After a migration, verify web DNS, mail DNS and certificates separately because they can be hosted by different systems.
- Keep screenshots or exported findings when working with external support so the exact state at the time of the issue is documented.
- Treat Digiter Threat Database reputation and other public-network data as strong investigative inputs rather than an absolute verdict, and review why the reported risk level was assigned.
Privacy, security and implementation boundary
Diagnostic requests are limited to the feature the administrator or visitor deliberately starts. Some functions necessarily process a domain, public IP address, approximate connection context, or complete email address in order to return the requested result. A complete email address is used only for its live authenticated HTTPS reputation lookup and is not stored in the short-lived staged request context. Source grants are short-lived and single-use. Digiter documentation does not publish internal scoring weights, provider-selection logic, anti-abuse controls, or proprietary validation methods. Administrators remain responsible for informing visitors when a public-facing diagnostic processes information that requires notice under their local privacy rules.
Support and troubleshooting
If a result appears inconsistent, reproduce the check, note the target and time, and contact [email protected] with the relevant screenshots or report. Digiter Team can help interpret plugin behavior and distinguish a plugin issue from a DNS, hosting, ISP or mail-provider condition.
Licensing, updates, support and ownership
A Digiter purchase grants the usage entitlement described by the selected product plan. It does not transfer copyright, source code ownership, trademarks, design rights, private signing material or proprietary implementation knowledge. Lifetime plans, where offered, refer to the stated software-use entitlement; update periods are shown separately in the Shop and purchase record.
Hosted Smart Cloud Monthly is an Account-bound service and is operationally different from a downloadable domain license. Standard plugin purchases may be completed as a guest where the Shop allows it, while Account-based purchases can remain associated with the verified Digiter Account.
Protected downloads and private updates are delivered through the Digiter Shop licensing system. Customers should retain their purchase email and license information and should not publish license keys publicly. For setup, licensing, delivery, update or product questions contact [email protected]. Digiter Team will investigate verified issues and work with the customer toward a practical resolution.
